Great point about the holiday season, Nick. Combine the penny pinching of the holidays with the trigger happy announcement of the tax credit extension and you’ll have lower numbers.

Great point about the run up from the federal tax credit. Combine that with December being a month when people are enjoying their holiday season and shopping for little Johnny’s new toys instead of a new home.
One look at the graph and you see that December was still ahead of the first half of the year. Interesting stuff, for sure.
