The Veracity Team was created with the idea of a team concept and be a real resource for our Realtor® partners. We understand that every professional has different working styles and needs from their lending partner. Knowing this, The Veracity Team focuses on operating our business in such a way that we can be many things to many partners.
First and foremost, we are relationship people. We really like working with our partners and our prospects face to face, but not everyone works the same way, so we try to accommodate everyone in individual ways.
A couple of ways we achieve this is through smart uses of technology and communication.
- One single phone number rings our team member’s mobile phones and desk phones. This insures that you are able to get a hold of us when you need us. If we are tied up and miss the call, the voicemail broadcasts to all of our numbers and also emails us instantaneously.
- Automated Loan Status sends an email out to all parties of the transaction every time major items are completed within your buyer’s loan. Agents, transaction coordinators, and title are all on the same page and never feel out of the loop.
- We each carry a smartphone. This insures that whether you need to contact us by phone or email, you will be able to reach us.
- We each carry a TabletPC, so if you need an LSR quickly, we can have it signed and emailed or faxed within minutes.
- Weekly updates on the happenings in the lending industry. This is very important in today’s environment and keeps you in the loop as to what’s going on in our industry. Where rates are headed, what special programs are coming down the pipe, etc… Knowledge is power and we want you to be well informed.
- Our website was designed to be a quick resource for your prospective buyers. Most importantly, we have a secure encrypted loan application that a prospect can fill in on their own time and get prequalified. This is especially valuable for the prospects that cannot coordinate a time, or don’t want to meet in person, with the lender, but still want to proceed with shopping for a home. As soon as a prospect starts an application, we are alerted by text and email, so that we can follow up with them and get their prequalification started immediately.
